2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ne999 account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity credentials, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering for a ne999 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details required. You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ne999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ne999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify ne999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). ne999 reserves the right to require Users to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers internal compliance reviews. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC to ne999's satisfaction may result in the suspension of account activity or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
3.4 One Account per Person. ne999 operates a strict one-account policy. Any User found to have registered multiple accounts — regardless of the intent — will have all associated accounts suspended. Winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided at ne999's sole discretion.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the ne999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ne999 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Any fees levied by your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or any other supported channel) are outside ne999's control and are your responsibility.
4.2 Deposit Methods. ne999 supports deposits via Pakistani payment channels including but not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major Pakistani bank accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ne999 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ne999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. ne999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ne999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any attempt to use the ne999 Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ne999 reserves the right to levy a dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. You will be notified by your registered contact details before any dormancy fee is applied.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the ne999 Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are made available within each game or betting market interface. In the event of any conflict, the specific game or market rules prevail over these general Terms with respect to that specific game or market.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. ne999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where ne999 reasonably suspects that the integrity of a sporting event may have been compromised.
5.3 Settlement. Bets and casino game rounds are settled in accordance with the applicable rules immediately upon conclusion of the relevant event or game round. Settlement decisions made by ne999 are final, subject only to any dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
5.4 Live Betting. In-play cricket betting markets (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Tests) are offered in real time. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. ne999 accepts no responsibility for delays in live data feeds that may cause a discrepancy between actual and displayed match states at the time a bet is placed.
5.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform, ne999 reserves the right to void affected bets or rounds and to return stakes to users' accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error will not be paid and will be voided.
6.1 Applicability. ne999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, or other promotional incentives to Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.3 ne999's total aggregate liability to any User, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their ne999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ne999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
